The equipment used presents the state-of-art of the technology of olive oil extraction.It is an automated production line. The main units of the line are :

        Receiving unit (Hopper + Washing machine)

 

 

Hard materials separator     (Horizontal Centrifuge separator) (Decanter).

The Mill unit (Grinding Machine + Mixer).

 

    Oil and Water separators (Vertical Separator)
The raw material olives is received in plastic boxes and unloaded manually into the receiving unit hopper of the line. No human intervention thereafter until the oil is stored in tanks.
